Somehow, the track title reminds me of Aldebaran.

I hope this is a darker sounding song.

Lyrics for this have been posted at Unity: The Latin is:Miraculum o Semel canebamus Fabulam magnae diei, Lunae lucem in aqua Litora, stellam, caelum. Vela dare. (o) Miraculum. Vela dare. Vero. Semel salum sub Hesperus Ita vela dedimus. In hodierna die canimus albae nivis, lunae lecem in gelu, lacrima et pluvial. Vela dare. (o) Miraculum. Vela dare. Vero Viatores ecce caelum, oceanus et terra! Vela dare. (o) Miraculum. Vela dare. Vero Ite! Ite! Mare, mare sub vespertine stella Vela dare. (o) Miraculum. Vela dare. Vero Et iam annus vicesimus! Tempus est somnium! Vela dare. (o) Miraculum. Vela dare. Vero Et fortasse crastinus deis vela dabimus. Vela Vela dabimus. Vela Vela dabimus. Vela The English translation is:Miraculum (...A Wonderful Thing) Once we were singing the story of a great journey the moonlight on water, the shores, a star, the sky. To set sail, a wonderful thing. To sail away. It’s true. Once, the open sea under the evening star. And so we sailed away. In this day we sing of the white snow the moonlight on ice, a tear and rain. To set sail, a wonderful thing. To sail away. It’s true. Wayfarers see the sky, the ocean and the earth. To set sail, a wonderful thing. To sail away. It’s true. Go! Go! The sea, the sea under the evening star. To set sail, a wonderful thing. To sail away. It’s true. For already it is the twentieth year! Oh, time is a dream! To set sail, a wonderful thing. To sail away. It’s true. And perhaps tomorrow we will sail away. Sail away. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ The grammarian who lives in my head will gently point out what the Latin ought to have been in places: First stanza: sub Hespero, not sub Hesperus Second stanza: canimus albam nivem, not canimus albae nivis lunae lucem in gelu, not lunae lecem in gelu (I suspect a simple typo here) lacrimam et pluviam, not lacrima et pluvial Fifth stanza: crastinus dies, not crastinus deis (another typo?) Otherwise, well done. (grammarian heads for cover)

Pity that I can't hear it! Maybe it will be released on the b-side collections I still dream of.

A nice dream. I'm sharing it, too. There has been just so much wonderful stuff been released as/on B-sides ...

I just pray this doesn't become so hard to get that bootleggers will make a killing. A legitimate release is much preferable.

I've heard this is the same song as "One Toy Soldier" but with Latin lyrics... Bleh, I was really hoping for a proper Latin song and not just another remake

I've never heard "One Toy Soldier," so it's hard for me to judge, but I thought it was a nice enough track. I still like her other Latin songs more, though...this one is missing the edge they had.

Have not heard the track, and thanks to Warner Brazil, the winter still had not came here too. But there is hope... The last time Warner Brazil delay an Enya album it was 2000, and the album, A Day Without Rain, cames with the bonus track... The first of autumn!
