@moe: you're welcome. Btw, next time, when the "Can we talk?" window pops up, I'll do a screenshot and attach it here to show you..... I haven't found a possibility to get rid of t h a t!
Another question: I have a "Cold Case" Fanblog running on FB; am I allowed to put the link in my profile in the "Website"?

As long as website links do not go to sites that promote violence, racism, illegal activities, etc etc etc, it's fine to post your personal links.

Unless Kerry and I pay our personal money for an ad-free website, Proboards itself generates these ads. They as a company do have to be able to pay for their otherwise free services. So essentially, no, there's really no way for us to block their ads.
Members can pay a subscription fee and have an ad-free experience across all Proboards sites you might belong to.
Your best way for free is to use an ad-blocker on your end and block the specific ones you don't want to see.

I saw Riene's post in the SB about an upcoming spring cleaning! Besides nuking dormant accounts, what will that entail? And when is it? Also, what will be the cut-off for dormant accounts? Will it be accounts that haven't posted in six months? A year? I'm asking because I might want to contact one or more people, and let them know to pop in and post! Spring cleaning is going to involve all-y'all showing up, being handed buckets, mops, sponges, brooms, dustpans, spray cleaner....mwahahahahahaha Well, maybe not. Eh, I'm not sure. Do please let your friends know they need to drop by and say hello, though?

Members who have not posted since the "re-founding" of MH are already being removed.

Members who have not posted since the "re-founding" of MH are already being removed. Is that around the time when Unity was closed (February 28, 2019)? Or some other date? Yes, around that time. There is a FB Enya group, but there are/were people who didn't want to use their real-life FB accounts there, people who aren't on FB, and people who wanted to continue a forum-based experience. We'd let MH go dormant, but Kerry had the foresight to continue ownership "just in case." When Unity closed, we reactivated Marble Halls.

I'm actually glad MH was reactivated, because I don't use FB.
