I have seen a lot of videos of her performing, mostly on talks shows. I really enjoyed the Amarantine performance on the Regis and Kelly show. I remember watching the show the day after (recorded it on TiVo) and really enjoyed it. I agree with others that she seemed nervous at first and became more comfortable over time. Another performance I liked was when she sang Only Time live on the Regis and Kelly show. I remember watching a pretty good video of it on youtube. To me, it sounded like enya was singing with the background track. I could be wrong, but some parts sounded like she was really singing live, and other parts sounded like the track from ADWR. What do you think? I'm interested in knowing everyone's opinions because I always wondered if it was live or not. These are just two that came to mind right away. Coincidently both coming from Regis and Kelly ;D

My favorite would be her live performance of "Amarantine" at the Live with Regis & Kelly show early 2006. I say so because I was able to get stand-by seats here in NYC and actually see Enya perform live before my very eyes. I never dreamed I'd see the day.

What a gift it would be to see Enya perform live. I also think a personal signing would be such a thrill, although what to say?

I liked when she performed May it Be on one of the American shows. There were two 'live' performances, the better of the two I liked alot. I really enjoyed, like TreeCat when she was interviewed on The Late Late Show. I think this was the first time an Irish audience saw this more relaxed side to Enya.

I remember you mentioning that Kenny interview put her in such a positive light in Ireland, it broke through the old 'enigmatic aloof Enya' viewpoint. Pat is such a gracious talk show host--he asks questions and gives his guest time to answer. His guests seem to feel at ease, and particularly Enya in this interview and a few months later when she sang Adestes Fidelis on his snow.

So much depends on the host in an interview: one reason I loved Enya's appearance with Rosie O'Donnell was that Rosie and Enya had a fun conversation. How many other hosts have asked Enya if she drinks Guinness or likes to go bowling? Yes, Enya seemed relaxed enough to "go with the flow".

I just remember thinking how it was a good thing that Rosie liked Enya ;D

I don't really have a favorite. I enjoy all of them equally.
