I am re-posting what Michael said in another thread here:
The standard we used on Unity was that if a photo was taken and released through the press for publicity purposes, it was OK to be shared. I saw the photos in question and thought they were very nice but they also seemed very personal and not for public distribution. They should not be shared in the forum. We can't stop what others do on Facebook but we need to be sure to help protect Enya's privacy, and that of her family, here.
