This German documentary from 1981 was finally surfaced on Youtube. Its mainly about Clannad, but comes from the brief era when Eithne was with them. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZL5eS8S4Zc

Remarkably good programe, especially since its now 40 years old. I agree! I thought it was quite a gem! Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I especially loved the part where Eithne and MΓ‘ire were in Gweedore having that inter-generational moment with their elderly family member (aunt? grandmother?) studying and rehearsing An T-ΓΊll (or An T-ΓΊbal as it was titled in the song book they were looking at). And MΓ‘ire having her elderly relative correct her Irish pronunciation! And watching the Duggan brothers fishing and getting a hook accidentally stuck in one of their knit caps (I wasn't sure which brother did the sticking and which one got stuck)! π Since the documentary was released in 1981, Eithne was very possibly still 19 when it was filmed, which is the youngest I've ever seen her in action. It was pretty amazing to see her doing her thing in long hair!

Looking at the countrside in Donegal, it looked lkike it was filmed in late winter/early spring, so she would have been 19.
