Another tornado outbreak last night. I'm so very very tired of the severe weather we have had this spring. Two dead, multiple injuries, damage. Tonight *ought* to be more calm, but we'll see. Have not had one right over the house in a few years.

Mostly cloudy, slightly cool for the time of year in the Uk. However it's Bank Holiday Monday and usually that means torrential rain, so musn't grumble.

Looks like this May will end with more rain, we have had showers almost daily in northern Finland so haven't been often outdoors. Luckily my little ten-month-old niece is keeping me busy as she's newly started to reach higher, attempting to do something that's not allowed...!

This has to be the most dry and hot Spring of the last 10 years...!
God knows we do need a truckload of rain, but it's not gonna happen so soon...! Temperatures are skyrocketing again with another heat wave that raised the temps up to 42ºC in the last 5 days! Right now it's 11:06 AM and around 27ºC outside...!
The way things are going me and Herself will be at the beach very soon!!!

After a couple of days of daytime temp above +25C and with high humidity, the sunshine has now turned into thunderstorms. We even had a combined mobile phone/broadband outage for several hours yesterday, too bad the high humidity makes me lethargic so am just now regaining the energy levels...

This is the second-wettest spring on record for around here, and we are due for 3-4 more inches this week. I generally love rainy days but we're beginning to wonder if the house is going to slide down the hill at this point. Friends are muttering about building an ark.

I *think* we've finally entered summer--it's getting to be in the mid-90sF here now -- hazy, hot, and we haven't had rain in about a week!

Over here in Finland it's current quite cool summer weather, mainly because of those very strong winds, so the temperature has been less than +20C for several days now. So, more sunshine and less winds for us Finns please!
