I just realized that I have a full screenshot of the site. (Somehow my iPad saved a screenshot of the entire website when I took the previous screenshot) Here it is if anyone is interested: Searching for part of the text, like "I'm your Team Bio section. Click to edit and tell your visitors about this team member. Do they have any special certifications? What are their favorite travel destinations?", we can find a lot of websites. All of them are made on "Go Daddy Website Builder", so maybe it was published by mistake by the new domain owner (?) and not as preparation for a real website. I was thinking/hoping that if it was a WordPress website the chances to be Enya's team getting the website ready were higher. Enya's previous website was in WordPress, by the way.

Here are some recent articles which mention those two website-building platforms/software: WordPress vs GoDaddy Ability to migrate GoDaddy to WordPress Hosting " From the GoDaddy website
I don't know very much about website-building already, but these articles give a bit of easy-to-understand information From the information in the last two, I think the WordPress site that enya.com used to have can probably return through this GoDaddy system. This might mean that there is still a good chance that the page is getting ready for when new Enya music is released 🤞🎶The website isn't owned by the trio anymore, but good luck to the new domain owner..!

I'm surprised that enya.com hasn't been maintained by Enya's management and/or record label. Given the enduring popularity of her music I'd have thought that, even if Enya herself isn't interested in engaging in marketing activities, the businesses behind her would want to continue to maintain a website containing a bio, discography, merch, etc. as there's an ongoing opportunity for revenue generation via "Enya" as a brand. The fact that the site has ceased to be parked with Go Daddy and now appears to be being "tinkered with" does suggest that something is happening, though current happenings do appear somewhat strange. One can only hope that this is a precursor to a new album.
Edited to add...
I've just looked at the PDF posted by smileyanna. It appears that a template may have been applied to enya.com - maybe the starting point of a new site being designed!

I have no clue what's going on with the website. Maybe the Trio is retaining the site simply to keep others from using the name domain?

I have no clue what's going on with the website. Maybe the Trio is retaining the site simply to keep others from using the name domain? It is realtively cheap to maintain a domain name, a few tens of dollars per anuum. Only marginally more to have a basic template Enya website. I really can't see why the Trio aren't holding onto it, particularly given the porn that's now been hosted on one of the Loxcian sites.

I think some adjustments to the website are being made, and that the trio do still own enya.com. How does the attempt to auction enya.com fit in? See this uk.godaddy.com/help/listing-types-for-godaddy-auctions-1525The domain registration didn't expire, true (after 25 days from expiry they automatically go to auction) It looks like they chose the 'Offer/Counter-Offer' auction, where they'd still like the domain to be theirs, but are curious about asking prices or something. Even if someone had bought it, the seller doesn't have to give the website away. Maybe they simply wanted to see if there was a willing person (with enough money) who could join their media team? 💻

Your link isn't working for me, but I think I found the info: GoDaddy auction types Perhaps it was a "7-Day Auction" as described there? The auction lasted exactly seven days. They probably redirect to different pages for UK and US (that link doesn't show the auction types when I checked it, but it's likely to be the same info overall ) Maybe it was, or got converted to the 7-Day Auction. An overview of the different website auction types: And this was the Offer/Counter-Offer description, which does mention expiry after 7 days:

I'm still getting a failed link on both my browsers in the UK.
Godaddy does a certain amount of jiggerry pokery on any domain name that doesn't have a website linked to it. I keep a few sites linked with my intrests reserved on the off chance I need them and Godaddy still tries to sell them without informing me. Though not to the extent of auctions.
Intrestingly Google has now changed an Enya.com search to an Enya/Warners Music Germany link; also not working.

That is the usual one. I see the amount of money your probably going to waste has gone up.

Yeah, I see that right now: if you do a Google search for "enya.com", this is the weird second result...if you click it, it tries to open enya.com: This was the search result for me: (Névtelen means untitled or nameless in Hungarian) Attachments:

Ah okay, I can see that now too (when I search "enya.com website", otherwise it goes straight to enya.com after typing) There is also this that I came across recently, which is continuing to count how long the page was down for (If the 'Moto Tours' template page didn't count ) As of 13:58 GMT today, haha:

I recently tried reaching out to the Admin contact for Enya.com. (If you do a "lookup" of the domain, you'll find instructions for contacting them.) I didn't expect to get a reply, but I did. It appears to be from the same person (Damian) who replied when contacted in February 2020. Below is a screenshot of the information I received, followed by a screenshot of the 2020 reply (which was shared on Reddit). Damian's recent reply doesn't give the impression Enya/Aigle are interested in the domain. I wrote back seeking clarification about the "configuration error", etc. part. Damian did reply but didn't explain that. So I don't know if that refers to the site going down in February 2020, or to the short-lived "Moto Tours" site in October this year. 2022_11_05_EmailFromDamian_snip by Candace66, on Flickr Screenshot of Damian's 2020 message: 2020_03_01_Reddit_FelipeSaysEnya.comBackSoon1 by Candace66, on Flickr

"Ideally I would like the artist to come forwards but communications have failed on this front"
Not a hopeful sign.

That's interesting that you got a reply back The bit I didn't understand from the email was about 'new deployment', but I think I got it after reading this: umbraco.com/knowledge-base/deployment/ (Some 'additional environments' are required so that the live website doesn't have problems with updates, which is probably the matter with enya.com). The configuration error is probably linked to a programming issue or something, seems like it would be hard to explain it specifically www.pcmag.com/encyclopedia/term/configuration-errorMaybe it was the '500 Internal Server Error' which appears to occur frequently with WordPress and updates, according to this uk.godaddy.com/help/fix-a-wordpress-internal-server-error-40406Overall it seems like a bit of a hassle and rather time-consuming. Perhaps that's why aren't really bothered to follow through with resolving it, haha. The trio's aim is to get the new album recorded first; as for the website - "we can sort it out later" 😅

I like that you are unfailingly optimistic! I have been told before that I am quite negative for some other things, but for the few things that I have genuine belief in/truly wish for the success of, such as Enya's music, I will stay optimistic. 🪄
